I've Seen Bullying :

One day I was haning out with my friend at their friends birthday party. We did things that you normally do at a birthday party. We were all haveing agood time except...the one girl I noticed who wasn't talking to anyone. No one was talking to aher either, not even the girl who invited her.

The next day after we all slept over, I went up stairs to where that girl and two others were sitting. They were talking about a bunch of random things. The girl who didn't have many friends asked me if I liked these other two girls. I said "yeah" because they're m friends.She told me that one day at school everyone in the class had to do a test. And she was the first one done. Then the teacher asked her if she wanted a cookie. Then Another girl in the class said" yeah, wanna biscuit", and everyone started laughing. A couple days after that happened they were all eating lunch. Four girls went up to the girl that got a cookie and put juice, and food in her hair and called her a dog.

Samurai.

A Samurai was part of the Japanese warrior class. They wore protective armour ,a scary mask, and 2 curved swords. One of the swords was long and the other was short. The long one was called "Daito" or "Katanta". The shorter one was called "Shoto" or "Wakizash". A Samurai road on the back of a horses back. seeing a Samurai go to battle was an awesome sight.

A Samurai exsited in the 1100's and the 1800's. Usually a Samurai started training at the age 5. When a boy in the Samurai family turned 5, he was giving an imitation sword at a special ceramony. Poor kids in the Samurai family were trained by their fathers,uncles, or even their older brothers. The kids in the Samurai family who were wealthy got sent to special school's. At the school they would learn : Milatary skills,fighting technics, and also literature and arts.Students learned wrestling and striking technics during trainging. They also had sword pratice.

A Samurai's best hope was to die before his lord in a battle. His worst fait was if his lord died before he did. Samurai's followed rules. such as " Bushido" which means "Way of the Warrior". Honor was a huge thing to Samurai's. They would take they're own life in the face of a failure. They would do a thing that is called " Suppuku". That means "Stomache Cutting" . During a Suppuku, a Samurais would wear proper clothing , and carrie the Samurai knife. then they would cut open their own stomache, starting from left to right. at the end they would finish with a upward cut. The Suppuku wasn't performed alone. Another Samurai would stand behind the Samurai that was cutting their stomache open.

Ninjas

I think nijas are cool for many differn't reason. And here they are : Well before i ony knew that ninjas faught and they wore black. They are many differn't styles of fighting. On is Judo and another is Jitsue. Ninjas also fight with many differ't types of weapons. Such as: a weapon called Shuiken that is razor sharpe and also dipped in poison. They also use a Shuko to clib walls and they could hit there enemies with it, and a Kyotetsu-Koge that has two sharp edges.Ninjas start training at the age 4 or 5. They make their shoes make fake footprints. They also make split toed shoes to walk side ways really quike. Most ninjas live in Mountains so they can train seceratly. Girl ninjas are known as " Deadly-Flowers". Ninjas get trained to dissapear. so they try dissapearing behind screen doors. What also is a really sweet fact is that they have to learn to dissjoint they're bones to fit in smalle,tight places. They light off smoke bombs when they are entering the area where they're enimie is. They Use a thing called " Mizu Como" to cross water. Ninjas are assassins. And what sn't in the book but Mr. Ferris told us is that they also keep some poison for their self so that if they get captured, then they can poision them selves so the other people don't get information out of them. Those are just some really cool facts about ninjas, that I thought were neat.

Video Game

I recommend the game: Battle Field 2 is a game that is played on a computer console or a video game console. Battled Field was released on September 10th 2002, but Battlefield 2 which is a more up-graded game was released on June 21st 2005. Battlefield is a game where you kill people and try and get threw each mission. In the game you can switch from person to person. I think you should play the game because it's pretty cool! and if you like war type games then you would love the game. You can drive in helacopters,tanks. You can switch to all types of guns. You can switch from person to person if you need a differn't weapon of view of area. It's not very educational...so you would probly love it. :)

John A.Macdonald

Januay,11th,1815 I, sir John A. Macdonald was born. I live in Groksburg, which is a small town beside Theo. I live with my mother,my sister and my brother. It's hard to go threw life with out a father. My family has always struggled with money. We could never eat properly, or get things we needed. Since my family moved to many differn't places all the time, I didn't get very much schooling. So when we setled down, my mom insisted on my sister,brother and I on going to school.My first dayIi was really nervous. I was afraid of what all the kids would say about my clothes. Since they were all worn-up and dirty. After P.S my teachers said i should be a lawyer. So I decided to try out for a job as a lawyer. When i was 20 -years-old i became a lawyer. 1834 I had my first expierence with aPolitics. Then the next year I was elected to Parliament by a huge number of people. After all my great sucess i turned 30. I married Isabella Clark Macdonald.Then after 5 years of our not so great marriage, we deicded to get a divorce. Then i married again in 1890 to Susan Agnes Bernard. We had a child named Margaret Mary Theodora Macdonald. She was born in 1896 and suffered with Hydrocelphalus and mental disabilities. I kept hopeing she would get better, but I guess hopeing never works. After my daughter died I started to drink and couldn't stop. Once I became a alcholic I got kicked out of the political bussiness.

Spiders....

I never relized how much a spider can do, or how it lives.Today i found out that spiders actually don't eat their prey. They make webs to catch food but they don't eat the whole thing. They suck the juice out of its prey. They do this by injecting a fluid to turn the insides to juice. Also a jumping spider can jump 5x its own body size. I thought that was really kool fact. What i couldn't believe was that in this world they're are actually more then 35,000 types of differn't spider. I couldn't believe that seening as i've only seen about 15-20 differn't types. Another kool fact was that not all spiders make webs. Some make traps under-ground.All spiders are preditors. Even the tini,tiny small ones.I always thought trantulas got food whenever they were hungrey. but they actually only hunt for food at night. I also only thought spiders only ate flys and little small insects. I found out they also eat frogs,lizzards, and even small birds.

To a lion,teamwork means to be together and help eachother to get food. By one of them hidden in the grass and the rest chaseing the pray to the predator.

To a Aferican Wild Dog, teamwork means to find food. They hunt in packs and survive together.

James' Missing i-Pod

In late October Dakota,Kathy,Ben, and Jake were all sitting at lunch in Mr.K’s class. They were talking about what their plans were about Halloween. “ Who are you going with?” said Dakota to Ben, “ I was thinking about going with you guys…is that okay?”, “ yeah, fine with me” said Dakota. “ Hey there’s James Dakota yelled, well eating here chiken wrap. James walked up to the table.”Hey guys” James said to everyone, “hey, sit down with us!” Ben said to James. Jame’s pulled out his i-pod. Eeryone at the tables eyes poped out of their head. “ WOW” they all said. “ What it’s just an i-pod…haven’t you seen one before?”, “NO” they shouted. Dakota said in the nicest way possible “ can I borrow it?” , “OH ON” James said “ my grandpa bought this for me, and he is very speacial to me”, “Please-oh-please” Dakota bagged. “Fine, I’ll give it to you at last recess” James said to Dakota. “Yay” Dakota yelled “ thanks, I promise I won’t loose It or break it!!”
Last Recess…..
The bell rang for last resess, all the kids were pouring out onto the school yard. Dakota ran to look for James . She found him. “Hey, James can I have your i-Pod now?” , “ yeah , I guess” James said handing her the i-Pod. Dakota started to Dance around with joy because she actually got to hold his BRAND NEW i-Pod in her hands.
….5 Days Later Dakota goes up to James at school and says “ hey, wanna hang out”, “sure, actually ….before I forget where is my i-Pod?”. Dakota hesitated! “oh-h-h-h, I went to your house but no one was there, so I put the i-Pod in your window that you always keep open!!”. James looked puzzled “oh, well I guess I better look again” .
James went home and searched for the i-Pod. “ Mom, have you seen my i-Pod?”. James’ mom yelled up the stairs “ no honey I haven’t, keep looking”. James continued to look for the i-Pod. Dakota phoned some of her friends to lie and tell James that they were there with Dakota when she put the i-Pod in the window.
The next day of school James asked Dakota if she was sure she put the i-Pod in the window. “Yes” Dakota said “even ask Ben,Kathy and Jake, they were all there when I put it in the window”. So James went to ask them all if they were there. “Hey guys, were you with Dakota the day she put the i-Pod in the window?”. They all replied with a “yes” . James got sad at this point. Dakota told all her friends that she actually didn’t put the i-Pod in the window EXCEPT for James that she actually lost the i-Pod instead of doing what she said she did.
A couple days went by and James then had to believe that his i-Pod was gone forever since he couldn’t find it. Dakota sat in her bed-room thinking about if she should tell James what really happened or just keep it a secret. After a couple minutes of thinking she decided she would tell him. So she phoned him to tell him everything. “Hey James, I have to tell you something!” James sad in a sad voice “yeah,what?” Dakota told him everything about how the i-pod didn’t really get put in his window and why she lied to him. “ I thought you would of hated me if I told you that I lost your i-Pod so I made up a lie and told Ben,Jake and Cathy to say they were there when I put the i-Pod in the window…” she went on “ but now your probly mad at me and hate me!!”
James went home and told his mom everything “I’ve had ENOUGH of everyone lieing to me!!” he ran up stairs. James was phoneing Dakota to tell her that he forgives her for doing what she did. But Dakota’s mom picked up the phone “Hello?” , “hi, can I talk to Dakota please?” , “ohhh, im sorry THEIR gone to the store…can I leave a message?” , “yes, can you tell her James phone!?”,”can-do”, “thank-you bye” James hung up the phone. A couple hours went bye and James phoned back….there was no answer.
At school the next day James went to Dakota and said…”I accept your apoligie” , “GREAT” Dakota shouted. “so are we still friends?”, “yes” James replied. “ I’m sorry and now I know I will NEVER EVER lie to you or anyone again, EXCEPT if it it very important!!”

Jamaican Yellow Boa

What it looks like: Its black, and yellow..and gets around 3 meters (10 ft).

Where it lives: They live in the Blue Montains,Southern St, Thomas,Hellshire Hills,Portland Ridge,Clarendon,Cockpit country and Elizabeth. They live in Forest,on wetlands, and sometimes in in dry lands on the Southern coast.

what it eats: The Yellow Boa feeds on, birds, rats and other small animals. The Yellow Boa mostly feeds on rats.

Threats to the Yellow Boa: Development and deforestation in their habitats. Men killing them because they think they are dangerous...even though they aren't poisonous. Also dogs,feral cats , and mongoose eating they're younge. Also burning of canefields. In Jamaica Yellow Boa's sometimes go into the people that live in Jamaica's house and the rat problems in their house go away.

I couldn't find any animal that eat the Yellow Boa...but it seems that humans are a huge threat. Because they kill snakes at first sight.
